Teach what you practise.

We are assembling the founding faculty for the first cohort in early 2027: practitioners with real depth in one family of methods, who want to teach adults properly — with marked work, live labs and written feedback — and who take the clinical boundary as seriously as we do.

Founding faculty roles

All roles are taught online from wherever you live, in English, with two one-week residencies in Kaunas. One person may hold more than one role.

Method-family tutor

One for each family: breath and movement, mindfulness and meditation, restorative practices, expressive practices. You author or review the self-study units for your course, lead a 90-minute live lab every week while it runs, assess the recorded practices students lead, and teach your family live at Residency 1.

Practicum supervisor

You run six small online group supervisions (no more than eight students each) during the practicum, review practicum logs and mark the three-case portfolio. At Residency 2 you sit on the panel for the observed practical examination.

Examiner

You observe and assess practical sessions at Residency 2 against a published rubric, pass or fail, with written feedback for every candidate. Examiners are drawn from experienced practitioners who did not supervise the same student.

Clinical adviser

A medical or clinical psychology professional who does not teach. You validate the boundary and referral module and the examination rubric, and you are the person the Academic Lead consults when a student's or participant's wellbeing raises concern.

What we look for

Depth in one family of methods, shown by years of your own practice and of teaching it to adults — not by the number of certificates you hold. Comfort teaching in English, online and in a room. Willingness to write feedback that a student can act on. And full agreement with the scope statement: our graduates work in prevention, recovery and resilience, do not diagnose or treat, and refer whenever a clinical condition or risk is indicated. A tutor who cannot hold that line cannot teach here.

We value people who have been close to burnout themselves, in work, sport, study or life, and who have come out with method rather than slogans.

How it works

Write to us

Send a short note to [email protected]: your method family, your own practice, who you have taught and for how long, and a link to anything that shows you teaching. A CV is welcome but not required.

A conversation with the Academic Lead

About your practice, how you teach, how you give feedback and how you handle the boundary. Honest in both directions.

A short trial session

You lead a 20-minute practice online for the Academic Lead and a small group, and we discuss it together.

Agreement and onboarding

A written agreement, access to the study environment and the tutor guide, and time to prepare your course before the cohort starts.

How we handle your application

We use what you send only to assess your application and to stay in touch about it. If we do not work together, we delete it within twelve months unless you ask us to keep it for a future cohort. Details are in our privacy notice.
